Shanni is a researcher based in our London office and assists Ryan Pelham with various mandates across Europe and North America.
She has a deep interest in building relationships with candidates that last over the course of their career to help them achieve their career aspirations.
Alongside Ryan Pelham, she also shares the same attitude and vision to successfully nourish and service historical relationships that we have with our clients.
Shanni loves travelling and intends to build property out in Ghana where many of her family live. She loves supporting the locals and tries to help with their business' by donating.
She also has a passion for fashion and styling.
