Juhan manages Tardis Group Japan whilst working closely with other global offices.
Juhan started his career as a certified public accountant (CPA) in Boston. After spending eight years in the United States, he relocated to Tokyo where he continued his career in asset wealth management and M&A industries. After few years later, he decided to challenge into the recruiting industry in Japan and developed strategic partnerships with major clients including Big4 accounting firms, global strategy companies, and specialized boutique agencies.
Juhan likes to play the game of go and golf. His favorite phrase is: “work hard play hard”.
