Ryan has spent his entire recruitment career at Tardis Group and has enjoyed developing long standing relationships with his clients.
He began his career as a researcher in London, assisting one of Tardis Groups’ leading consultants within the quant recruitment sector. Through his tenacious attitude, Ryan has accelerated his knowledge and relations within the quant space to now head up the groups quantitative recruitment efforts across North America and Europe.
Ryan continues to service historical relationships with multiple Tier 1 IB’s, but has pivoted towards servicing leading hedge funds and proprietary trading firms in recent years. He has successfully placed junior to senior quantitative researchers, ML engineers and sub-PM’s year on year.
Ryan is an avid sportsman and enjoys playing football and golf in his spare time. His bucket list includes being a front row spectator at an NBA Finals Series, a World Cup Final and a Heavyweight Championship Boxing Event.
