Lindy is passionate about developing a fair workplace and supports our clients in their Diversity and Inclusion policies and practices. Her strengths lie in her deep understanding of people’s needs. She is passionate about health and fitness which carries over into her work inspiring personal growth within candidates and helping them to activate change.
Outside of work her time is spent preparing for fitness competitions and developing herself in all aspects of her life.
