We strongly support Relaunchers who are trying to return to the workforce, whether it's after a maternity leave or a career break. We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to accommodate their needs by offering flexible working arrangements, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

"Relaunchers" refers to individuals, often women, who have taken a significant break from their careers, usually for reasons such as raising children, caregiving, pursuing further education, or other personal reasons. These individuals later seek to re-enter the workforce and pick up their careers from where they left off or transition into new roles.


Relaunchers possess valuable skills, knowledge, and experiences from their previous professional lives, but they may face unique challenges when re-entering the workforce. Some of these challenges include a potential gap in their employment history, outdated skills, and a lack of confidence after being away from the workplace for an extended period.
